If you think you may have lost something during your visit, please visit the customer service desk as soon as possible. If you’ve already left Canary Wharf, please visit our Contact Us page to fill out a form. Please provide a full description of the item, the time and date you visited us and the best way to contact you.
We do our best to respond to all queries by the following working day. Ice Rink Canary Wharf accepts no responsibility for any personal property left at the rink or in the lockers. All items found will be kept by management for the duration of the event. Once the event closes for the season, items that have not been claimed will be disposed of or donated to charity.
