To qualify for the concession discount, you are required to provide original documentation as proof of your entitlement.

Accepted Documentation:
We will only accept original documentation bearing the name of the skater. Copies, digital documents on phones, or any other form of documentation will not be accepted.
Students
- Valid student ID card (with photo, name, and current academic year)
- NUS card (National Union of Students)
- University or college enrollment letter
Seniors
- Proof of age (such as a passport, driving licence, or age-related bus pass)
Disabled Visitors
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter
- Blue Badge (for parking)
- Access Card or other disability-related documentation
- Note: A companion or carer will be admitted free with appropriate documentation.
Unemployed
- Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA) letter or other proof of unemployment benefits
- Universal Credit award letter
Military Personnel
- Armed Forces ID card
- MOD90 (Defence Discount Service Card)
- Veterans ID card or discharge papers
Blue Light Card Holders
- Armed Forces ID card
- Blue Light Card (which may cover NHS staff, emergency services, social care workers, and armed forces personnel)
- Relevant staff ID for specific groups (e.g., NHS staff ID, police warrant card, etc.)
To gain access to your booked skating session, it is essential to present both your ticket and the required documentation.
If you are unable to provide the required documentation:
- Entry to your booked skating session will be strictly denied.
- Your ticket will be voided, and you will forfeit any costs paid for the ticket.
- Please be aware that we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or ticket transfers.
