The Student Season Tickets are only available to those with valid student identification and email address. If your student ID is not available for staff to check during each session, Ice Rink Canary Wharf reserves the right to remove you from the ice rink and freeze your season ticket.
Season Tickets General Information
- Season Tickets are available again this season for Ice Rink Canary Wharf. We have ‘Gold’ tickets which are valid for the full season and ‘Silver’ tickets that are available from 1st January 2025 until the end of the season.
- To apply for a Season Ticket, customers should request a Season Ticket Form in person from our Customer Service Office. Customers will need to bring ID including valid Student ID if applying for a Student Ticket. Customers will also need 2x Passport Photos of themselves to attach to the Form and to the Season Ticket itself.
- Payment should be made at the Customer Service Office via the point of sale.
- Season Tickets allow you to enter the ice rink to have an unlimited amount of sessions during the day. However, please be aware that a maximum of 2 consecutive sessions is permitted each day.
- Please note that the season ticket cannot be used when special events are happening.
- Our season runs from Saturday 26th October 2024 until Sunday 23rd February 2025.
- We operate one timetable throughout the season, and there are normally 10 sessions per day available for Season Ticket Holders, each session runs for a duration of 45 minutes.
- First session: 11:00 – Last session: 20:00
- During our Free Schools Program, Corporate Events and other Special Events, no access to the ice rink is allowed. We advise to check in advance by contacting Customer Services before arriving if in any doubt.
- Free Schools Sessions are during Term Time, Monday-Wednesday on the 10:00 session, so these sessions are not available.
- During School Holidays and throughout December, our 21:00 sessions will be available, but outside of these times, only Fridays and Saturdays will have a 21:00 session available.
