General Information

Ticket Availability: Tickets are exclusively available online through this page.

Session Access: Tickets can be purchased up to 15 minutes after the session starts.

Ticket Prices: Prices vary by date and time. Once you select your preferred session, the correct ticket price will update automatically. We offer different ticket types for super off-peak, off-peak, and peak times, each with it’s own pricing.

Booking Fee: A single booking fee of £3.95 applies per booking, not per ticket.

Session Length: Each session lasts 45 minutes, with a 15-minute interval between sessions to resurface the ice.

Age Range: Skaters must be between 4 and 12 years old.

Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult or teen, with a ratio of 1 adult/teen for every 6 children.

Note: Unfortunately, children under 4 years old are not permitted to skate due to health and safety guidelines.

Age Range: Skaters from 13 years old and upwards.

Complimentary ice skate rentals, available in sizes ranging from children sizes 8 (EU25) to adult sizes 15 (EU52).

Skating aids are available for hire from the customer services desk at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis, at a cost of £5.95 per aid per single session. Restrictions apply: only children with a maximum height of 1.5m (in skates) are eligible to use a skating aid. We offer two sizes, and staff will allocate the appropriate aid for each child. Please note that Skating aids are sold 30 minutes prior to your booked session, on-site, at the customer service office.

IRCW: FAQ – Top 3

Planning a visit to Ice Rink Canary Wharf? We’ve compiled the top three frequently asked questions to help you make the most of your experience. Whether you’re curious about our opening hours, ticketing, or what to wear, we’ve got you covered.

Skaters are welcome to bring their own skates, noting this will not alter the price of your ticket. Speed Skates are not permitted on the ice, and organisers reserve the right not to allow a person to use their own skates if they decide that they are not suitable. We do not sharpen personal ice skates.

For safety reasons, all children between the ages of 4-12 must be accompanied by a skater who is 13 years old or over. There is no height restriction to skate, however, we recommend hiring a skate aid for children to help them find their feet on the ice. The ice skates we have available range from children’s size 8 (EU25) to adults size 15 (EU52).
